This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, and relaxing spa. They even helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Good and comfy bed with a nice view to a well decorated ceiling: pictures of angels drawned in the renascent style. Good location, near the centre of Florence and at the same time away of the noisy streets. Great welcome arrival by Camila, very friendly, showned us the apartment and good restaurants to dinner.
Besides being located in an old pallazo, this palace is a bit deteriorated, and not with all the comfort expected: stone floor, with no microwave or wifi like publicized!!, And lacks a tub - that's great at the end of a day walking. Also at Sunday we didn't have house cleaning, contrary to publicized!!

We loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the fine Ponte Vecchio and only a short stroll to the Boboli Gardens, perfect for our weekend city adventures. The staff was genuinely nice and were really nice too.

I love the location. It's a teeny little hotel. Room is clean, lovely and modern. There is a mini kitchen in the room. There is not a true spa, other than a small room downstairs with a steam or jacuzzi which I never went in. I did have a masseuse come to the hotel and give me a massage down there. What made the stay there so perfect was Tatitana. She went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. As a woman traveling alone, it was so nice to return to the hotel to her big smile and genuine intererest in where I was, what I bought, etc. I would definitely stay there again and largely, due to her!!!!!
Don't have anything bad to say about the hotel. Minor things..... no one at desk between certain hours, you let yoursel in with a code but they give you a phone number in case you need something, which I didn't. no breakfast which is normal there since Italians don't really eat breakfast. What can I say, I'm American.

Staying here was an absolute treat! My daughter and I loved the cooking class we took at the Mercato Centrale, where we learned to make traditional Italian dishes. The room was spacious, and the lively atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Florence.
In my wife's opinion, more variety at breakfast would be nice.

Fantastically helpful staff, clean, sleek rooms and a perfect location.
Would be great if the steam room was available as a stand-alone amenity but, hey, you can't have everything.

The staff were excellent and very helpful - we are gluten and dairy free and all restaurants which they recommended were able to give us the correct meals. The location is excellent and generally very peaceful. The suites were clean and comfortable. In addition the staff assisted on our travel arrangements and printed documents for us as well as indicating what we should visit. A perfect place to stay on every count.

The location nailed it for me, just a short walk to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. The room felt spacious and included a mini kitchen, which really helped with family meals. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh pastries delivered each morning. The evening happy hour in the lobby led to some nice interactions. Staff provided excellent recommendations for local dining and were cute throughout our stay. I noticed a musty odor when arriving on the second floor, though it faded once we got to our room. I loved the luxury of Acqua di Parma bath products in the bathroom. While the daily housekeeping was generally good, a few details were overlooked. Little touches like complimentary drinks. I'd definitely stay here again despite the minor issues.

Room was nearly an apartment, with a stove, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette. Location was 100n from Ponte Vecchio, and the 2 reception staff were awesome - friendly, helpful, and spot on with restaurant and tour recommendations.
Our room had a funny lock - twice we returned to find the maid hadn't properly locked our door.
